Cancellation Policy
The short version: Cancel within 2 hours. After that, it's in fulfillment and we can't stop it.
How to Cancel
Email info@vitalebymyriad.com with "CANCEL ORDER" in the subject line. Include your order number. Or call 310-999-4554 during business hours.
Do it fast. The 2-hour window is firm.
What Happens Next
- Within 2 hours: We confirm cancellation, full refund processed
- After 2 hours: Order has shipped or is shipping — use our return policy instead
- Refund timeline: 1-2 business days once cancelled
Pre-Orders
- Before production begins: Full refund
- After production begins: Standard return policy applies
- Limited Edition: May have specific restrictions noted at purchase
Your confirmation email will include the cancellation deadline.
Payment Holds
When you order, payment authorization happens immediately. Funds show as "pending." Full charge processes when order ships.
If you cancel within 2 hours, authorization releases immediately. Funds return in 3-5 business days depending on your bank.
Missed the Window?
Options:
- Wait for delivery, return within 15 days (initiate within 15, return within 30)
- Refuse delivery (return shipping fees still apply)
- Contact us — we'll figure it out
Good to Know
- Can I modify instead of cancel? No. Cancel and reorder.
- Can I cancel just one item? No. Whole order only.
- Cancellation fees? None within the 2-hour window.
- Gift orders? Only the original purchaser can cancel.
- Sale items? Same 2-hour window. If you cancel, we can't guarantee availability or price if you change your mind.
