Accessibility Statement

Effective date: July 15, 2026.

Vitale by Myriad is committed to making vitalebymyriad.com accessible to everyone, including people who use assistive technology. This statement describes what we're doing to meet that commitment, where we currently stand, and how to reach us if you experience an accessibility barrier.

Our commitment

We believe our site should work for everyone. That includes people who navigate with a keyboard instead of a mouse, use a screen reader, need larger text, rely on captions, or use any other assistive technology to access web content.

We're working to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the standard referenced in most accessibility law and settlements. Conformance to WCAG is an ongoing process, and we welcome feedback on where we're falling short.

What we've done so far

  • Color contrast reviewed against WCAG AA standards for body text and interactive elements
  • Keyboard-only navigation available across the site — you can tab through menus, product pages, and checkout without a mouse
  • Text alternatives (alt text) on product images and functional graphics
  • Form fields with visible labels and error messages
  • Clear heading structure so screen reader users can navigate by heading level
  • No autoplay video or audio
  • Responsive design that works at browser zoom up to 200% and on smaller screen sizes

Known limitations

We're still working on:

  • Some third-party embeds (customer review widgets, social media feeds, embedded video) may not fully meet WCAG AA — we're not the vendor of that content and can't always fix it directly
  • Older product images may have generic alt text — we're rewriting these as part of an ongoing content review
  • PDF documents linked from our site (if any) may not be fully accessible — email us if you need an accessible alternative and we'll provide one

Reporting an accessibility issue

If you have trouble accessing any part of vitalebymyriad.com or need information in an alternative format, we want to hear about it. Please contact us:

When you contact us, please include:

  • The URL of the page you were trying to use
  • A description of the problem
  • What browser and assistive technology you were using, if you're comfortable sharing
  • What you were trying to accomplish

We'll respond within 5 business days. If we can fix the issue quickly, we will. If it needs a longer fix, we'll tell you what we're doing and when to expect a resolution. If you need immediate help completing an order or getting product information, we'll help you directly by phone or email while we work on the underlying fix.

Alternative ways to reach us

If any part of our site isn't working for you, we're happy to help you place an order, get product information, or handle a return by phone or email. You don't have to use the website to get the same service.

Third-party content

Our site uses services from third parties — Shopify (e-commerce platform), Judge.me (product reviews), Klaviyo (email), Meta, Google, and TikTok (advertising and analytics). These vendors are responsible for the accessibility of their own tools and interfaces. If you experience an issue specifically with a third-party embed and can identify the vendor, we can help you contact them directly.

Changes to this statement

We'll update this statement as we make improvements, discover new limitations, or change vendors. When we make material updates, we'll change the "Effective date" and "Last updated" dates at the top and bottom of this page.

Formal accessibility standards

This site is being developed and maintained with WCAG 2.1 Level AA in mind. We do not currently claim full conformance — conformance in this context is a process, not a fixed state, and we'd rather commit to ongoing work than post a conformance claim we might not fully meet.

We are aware of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable state accessibility law. If you believe our site isn't meeting those standards, please tell us at accessibility@vitalebymyriad.com and we'll work with you to resolve it.
