Shipping Policy

The short version: Free shipping over $100. Standard delivery 5-7 business days. We ship via FedEx and USPS.


Processing Time

  • Standard orders: 1-3 business days
  • Expedited orders: 1-2 business days

Orders placed after 12 PM PST process the next business day.


Shipping Options

Domestic (United States via FedEx, USPS):

  • Standard (5-7 business days): FREE on orders over $100
  • Expedited (2-3 business days): Calculated at checkout

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take additional time.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Confirmation email with tracking number
  • Link to track in real-time

Tracking activates within 24 hours of shipment.


Good to Know

  • Address accuracy: Double-check your shipping address. We can't fix deliveries to wrong addresses.
  • Signature required: Orders over $500 require signature. You can request it for any order.
  • No freight forwarders: We can't ship to them.
  • Peak times: Allow extra time during holidays, sales, and new launches.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Arrived damaged?

  1. Take photos of packaging and items
  2. Email info@vitalebymyriad.com within 48 hours
  3. Keep all packaging for carrier claims

Tracking says delivered but no package?

  1. Check with neighbors and building management
  2. Contact the carrier directly
  3. Email us within 5 business days

We'll work with the carrier to locate it.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders ship separately when available. You're only charged shipping once.
