5. Orders and Payment

5.4 Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Shipping Policy
We ship within the United States and U.S. territories via UPS and USPS. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and method selected. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
6.2 Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at info@vitalebymyriad.com within 48 hours for any shipping-related damages.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 Return Policy
We accept returns on full-price items. Initiate within 15 days of delivery. Return within 30 days. Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- All tags attached and original packaging intact
- No signs of wear, damage, or alteration
7.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale:
- Sale items and discounted merchandise
- Limited Edition pieces
- Gift cards
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Returns initiated after 15 days
7.3 Return Process
Email info@vitalebymyriad.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and photos if defective. Do not ship without return authorization.
7.4 Refunds vs. Store Credit
- Store Credit: Full item value, no deductions
- Refund: Item price minus 15% restocking fee, return shipping, and original shipping costs
7.5 Processing Time
- Refunds: 5-7 business days
- Store credit: 3 business days
Your financial institution may require additional time.
7.6 Defective Items
For manufacturing defects or incorrect items, contact info@vitalebymyriad.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace or refund with no restocking fees and cover shipping.

- Redeemable only at www.vitalebymyriad.com
- No expiration or fees
- Cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law
- Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced

22. Product Care and Warranty
22.1 Care Instructions
Care instructions are provided with each purchase and on our website.
22.2 Limited Warranty
We warrant products against manufacturing defects for 1 year from purchase. This covers:
- Defects in materials or craftsmanship
- Hardware malfunctions under normal use
This does NOT cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Overpacking or overstuffing
- Water damage or extreme conditions
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations
