Full-price items only. Initiate your return within 15 days of delivery. Get it back to us within 30 days. Item must be unused, in original condition, tags attached, packaging intact.

- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
- Returns initiated after 15 days
How to Start a Return
Email info@vitalebymyriad.com within 15 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if defect or damage)
We'll send return authorization and instructions. Don't ship anything without this.
Refund or Store Credit
Your choice:
- Store Credit: Full item value, no deductions
- Refund: Item price minus 15% restocking fee and return shipping
Timeline: Refunds process in 5-7 business days. Store credit in 3 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days.
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. Return your item and place a new order for what you want. Both process quickly.
Damaged or Wrong Item
Email info@vitalebymyriad.com within 48 hours with photos and order number. We'll make it right — no restocking fee, we cover shipping.
