Who designs Vitale?
Founder MaBelle Bray — former costume designer, mother, and holder of 15+ patents. She got tired of digging through her own bag and did something about it.
What's Tessuto™?
Our proprietary material. Lightweight, water-resistant, wipes clean. It's synthetic — and it's meant to be.

What makes your bags different?
Patented three-compartment system built into the bag — not an insert. Four hidden corner magnets. Detachable strap that converts crossbody to clutch. No digging. No chaos.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other methods shown at checkout.
Can I pre-order upcoming pieces?
Yes. 30% deposit, balance due before shipping. Cancel anytime before it ships — no penalty.

Where do you ship?
United States and U.S. territories via FedEx and UPS. If you are outside of the US, contact us at info@dividenpac.com.

How long to process?
1-3 business days. Orders after 12 PM PST start processing next business day.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
Initiate within 15 days of delivery. Return within 30 days. Unused, original tags and packaging attached. We want you to love it — and we make returns simple if you don't.

How do I start a return?
Email info@vitalebymyriad.com within 15 days with your order number and reason. We'll send instructions. Return must arrive within 30 days. Don't ship anything before you hear from us.
Refund or store credit?
- Store Credit: Full value, no deductions
- Refund: Item price minus 15% restocking fee and shipping costs
Refunds: 5-7 business days. Store credit: 3 business days.
Care & Maintenance
How do I care for my Tessuto™ bag?
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth
- Air dry completely before storing
- Avoid harsh chemicals
- Store in a cool, dry place
What about metallic finishes?
Metallic Tessuto™ develops character with use. Light scratching or creasing may appear — that's not a defect, that's patina. Handle gently to preserve the finish. Note: no refunds or exchanges once used.
How do I care for the hardware?
- Polish gently with a soft cloth
- Keep away from perfumes, lotions, moisture
- Natural patina over time adds character
Can I overstuff my bag?
Please don't. The compartments are designed for optimal organization — overstuffing compromises structure and isn't covered by warranty.
Warranty
Do you offer a warranty?
1 year. Covers manufacturing defects — faulty stitching, hardware issues, material flaws under normal use.
What's not covered?
- Normal wear and patina
- Overstuffing or misuse
- Water damage or extreme conditions
- Accidents, spills, tears
- Unauthorized repairs
My item arrived damaged?
Email info@vitalebymyriad.com within 48 hours with photos. We'll replace or refund immediately — no restocking fee, we cover shipping.
