Where It All Begins

ROMA began in Rome.

Designed during time spent living in the Eternal City, the ROMA Tote was inspired by a way of life where beauty and function exist effortlessly together, where what you carry should be as considered as what you wear.

Built around VITALE’s patented design, ROMA reimagines the everyday leather tote with a distinctive three-section silhouette. Two exterior zippered compartments frame a generous open center, finished with a magnetic closure for easy access to the things you reach for most.

The Brown Cow Hair-on-Hide ROMA brings a more spirited side to the collection. Born from a love of animals, equestrian style, and perhaps a weakness for a really great cow print, it adds a little country attitude to an otherwise very city bag. With natural variations in every hide, no two are exactly alike, and we wouldn’t want them to be.

The contrast between the tactile hide and refined leather structure gives the bag an unexpected balance: a little equestrian, a little city, and distinctly VITALE.

What You Get

• Three sections, one easy reach. Two zippered compartments on either side of a generous open center with a magnetic closure.
• Organized inside. Two slip pockets on the front wall and an 8.5" zippered pocket on the back wall of a lined interior.
• Carry it two ways. Two top handles, plus a detachable, adjustable crossbody strap with gold-tone swivel hooks that clips to D-rings inside the bag.
• Hair-on-hide, every one different. The cow section is full-grain cow hair-on-hide leather, so every tote carries its own natural markings.
• Full-grain Nappa leather trim. Rich brown Nappa leather with an embossed grain and a semi-pigmented finish on the trim, sides and bottom.
• Finished to last. Shining gold-tone hardware, metal zippers and metal studs on the base.

Care
For stains, spot clean using a small amount of leather-specific cleaning cream. For ongoing conditioning, apply a thin layer of colorless leather care balm and gently polish with a soft cloth. Avoid alcohol wipes, dishwashing detergent, prolonged direct sunlight, and hot-air drying such as a hair dryer.

A Note on Natural Cowhide

Each VITALE cowhide bag is crafted from genuine hair-on-hide leather, making every piece naturally unique in its pattern, texture, and character.

As with all natural hair-on-hide materials, some shedding, thinning, color variation, and changes in appearance may occur with regular use. These are inherent characteristics of the material and are not considered manufacturing defects.

To preserve your bag, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, excessive friction, and contact with materials that may cause color transfer.

Normal wear and tear, including natural hair shedding, thinning, and color changes resulting from use, is not eligible for a refund or replacement. Refunds will not be issued for normal wear and tear after use.
